Jim Clark | JC2022
Jim Clark won two Formula 1 world championships for Lotus in 1963 and 1965. He was a tremendously versatile driver having won Indianapolis by driving the first mid-engine car to victory at the famed "Brickyard" and competing in numerous other events: Winning the 1964 British Touring Car Championship in a Lotus Cortina, rallying again with a Lotus Cortina in the RAC Rally of Great Britain, and, even in NASCAR where he drove a 7-Litre Ford in 1966.
This wonderful miniature sculpture is for anyone who collects Formula One memborabilia and fully complements those who already have the 1:12 scale Automodello® 1967 Lotus 49 which Jim Clark drove to its maiden race debut at Dutch Gran Prix or who has the 1:12 1967 Gurney that won at Spa because Jim Clark can sit on the front wheel and your existing display cover can still be used.Entirely made in the USA in pewter by sculptor Juan Torres and individually hand-painted by artist Chris Janke. As the first Moments in Motorsports release, all pieces are hand-numbered and signed by both artists.
