SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for your order.  Our shipping policy is simple.  We ship priority Mail through the United States Post Office (USPS) so you get your package in a reasonable amount of time. 

 

Because most of our products are metal we find the USPS works really well with our (sometimes) very heavy boxes.  However we have no control over the USPS so please have patience. We will reach out to you if we are challenged by any unanticipated delays.  As always, feel free to call us at 757-656-0111 if you need further clarification. 

 

PAINTED ITEMS:  If you have ordered an item that requires painting our handling time for any painted item is 2 weeks.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us in original condition for a full refund.  Refunds may be delayed if package tracks to buyer zip code..  Please feel free to call us with any questions or concerns at 757-656-0111.
